Hand stitched with wools on linen.
A pastiche of a section of the Bayeux Tapestry made for my husband while he was Principal of Castlereagh. It shows him with his staff receiving a messenger from the South Eastern Education and Library Board. As in the mediaeval tapestry, everything depicted has a special significance for the person for whom it was made.
